Conditions about our Trips

Here are our general conditions for our photo tours. Each tour has special conditions that you can read in the section: ¨More Info about this Photo Tour¨. This section will tell you what is included, what kind of accommodations are granted, transports, tickets, etc… Also, there are mentioned information about your Visa, flights or extra meals not included. If you have any doubt reading all the info, feel free to contact us before your booking.


Price based on the participation of a minimum of 6 participants (With the exception of Japan Trips that is 4 participants). In case there are not enough participants, the possibility of making the trip will be offered with an increase proportional to the price, or a 100% refund of the total paid.

The last time of exchange rate calculation was 15th of October 2020, the final price can be modified up to 30 days before the tour start.


The accommodations offered are mentioned in each tour in the section “This tour includes”. Here are the specifications of the titles:
-Accommodation in twin rooms: Shared double room at Hotels with shared bathrooms at the hotel.
-Accommodation in twin rooms with private bathroom: Shared double room at Hotels 3 or 4 stars with private bathrooms in the bedroom.
-Accommodation in a guesthouse/refugee: Shared room (3 or 4 persons) with shared bathrooms at the building
-Accommodation in Ryokans with dinner and breakfast include: Are double or triple rooms with a shared bathroom at typical Japanese hotels. It also includes always a typical Japanese dinner and breakfast.

Our tours include basic insurance, we suggest contracting full cover insurance. Contact us to expand your insurance coverage.


Our tours include all internal transports (cars, vans, trains, or flights). We don’t include international flights, but we will guide you at the moment of your booking the best options to arrive to the destiny from your home.


The itinerary mentioned in each tour can be changed due to a force major reasons like weather conditions or accidents for example.

Payment & Refunds

To book your place you need to pay 20% of the total cost. The total payment must be made 15 days before the trip.

This tour is done by LLC “CLUB OF PHOTO TRAVELERS”, due to illness or other reasons the trip may be made by another guide.


DUE TO COVID-19, we have exceptional conditions: Before 15 days we refund 100%. Less than 15 days there is no refund.
